HS conical bottom grain storage steel silos can be used for multiple purposes. Conical bottom steel silos conical bottom angles are produced at 45-65 degrees according to the type and flow characteristics of grain to be stored.
Conical bottom steel silos can especially be used in animal farms handling storage operations of various types of grains, and in facilities including feed and flour mills. They are also optimum for short-term and temporary grain storage.

Silo Body
The raw material is SHOUGANG galvanized sheet, the strength and toughness have reached the international standard, and the galvanized sheet thickness is 275g/square, which conforms to the outdoor standards and has good corrosion resistance. Reasonable corrugation height effectively increases the shear yield strength of the sheet and increases the load carrying capacity.
The angle of the lower vertebral body
The angle of the lower vertebral body is 67° , which is currently the largest angle of the domestic material tower, small production error and high precision. Production equipment is currently leading the domestic industry, with high degree of automation and quick assembly.

Observation Window
1. Transparent observation windows are respectively provided on the silo ring and the silo hopper.
2.The windows are made of plastic injection molding, with strong pressure resistance and good light transmittance, making it easy to check the storage status.
Convenient construction
The horizontal scale can adjust the height to prevent interference with the material line, making the site construction more convenient.
